Price and currency of payment for the goods - the euro. Цена и валюта платежа за товар – евро.
Payment: 100% prepayment. Форма оплаты: 100% предоплата.
The price for oil products is calculated by the following formula: Цена на нефтепродукты рассчитывается по нижеприведенным формулам:

Definition of the preliminary price of the goods:

Ц(П)= ((Р(П)+П)*1,10)/K(П) EUR/USD

Definition of the final price of the goods:

Ц(О)=(Р(П)+П)/ K(П) EUR/USD+(Р(О) - Р(П))/ K(О) EUR/USD,

where Р(П) – average value of basic quotations on quoted days with 1 on 24 (inclusive) the month previous month of formation of the final price of the coordinated consignment of goods, in US dollars for metric ton on the corresponding position, according to Platt's agency quotations in the publication "Platt's European Mаrketscan". где Р(П) – среднее значение базисных котировок по котировочным дням с 1 по 24 (включительно) месяца, предшествующего месяцу формирования окончательной цены согласованной партии товара, в долларах США за метрическую тонну по соответствующей позиции, согласно котировкам агентства «Platt’s» в публикации «Platt’s European Mаrketscan».
Р(О) – the average value of basic quotations approximated to the 100-th shares, on the corresponding position, according to Platt's agency quotations in the publication "Platt's European Mаrketscan" on all quoted days of month of formation of the final price specified at coordination of a consignment of goods, in US dollars for metric ton. Р(О) – среднее значение базисных котировок, округленное до сотых долей, по соответствующей позиции, согласно котировкам агентства «Platt’s» в публикации «Platt’s European Mаrketscan» по всем котировочным дням месяца формирования окончательной цены, указанного при согласовании партии товара, в долларах США за метрическую тонну.
П - the level of correction in U.S. dollars. П – уровень поправки в долларах США.
K (П) of EUR/USD – an official rate of euro to US dollar: EUROS/USDOLLARS FOREIGN EXCHANGE REFERENCE RATE fixed by the European Central Bank EUROPEAN CENTRAL BANK (ECB) at 14:15 of the Central European time for date, following date of confirmation of a resource to realization, and published on a site www.ecb.int K(П) EUR/USD – официальный курс евро к доллару США: EUROS/USDOLLARS FOREIGN EXCHANGE REFERENCE RATE, зафиксированный Европейским Центральным Банком EUROPEAN CENTRAL BANK (ECB) на 14:15 центрально-европейского времени на дату, следующую за датой подтверждения ресурса к реализации, и опубликованный на сайте www.ecb.int.
K (0) EUR/USD – the course EURO/US DOLLAR FOREIGN EXCHANGE REFERENCE RATE fixed by the European Central Bank (ECB) at a referensny exchange rate of foreign currencies at 14:15 of the Central European time, published on site www.ecb.int, for the 2nd working bank day of month following behind the last quoted day of formation of the final price. K(О) EUR/USD – курс ЕURO/US DOLLAR FOREIGN EXCHANGE REFERENCE RATE, зафиксированный Европейским Центральным Банком (ECB) по референсному курсу обмена иностранных валют на 14:15 центрально-европейского времени, опубликованного на сайте www.ecb.int, на 2-й рабочий банковский день месяца, следующий за последним котировочным днем формирования окончательной цены.
Basic quotations – Platt's agency quotations in the publication "Platt's European Mаrketscan" – an average from average quotations of the quoted day, approximated to the 100-th shares, on positions: Базисные котировки – котировки агентства «Platt’s» в публикации «Platt’s European Mаrketscan» – среднее из средних котировок котировочного дня, округленное до сотых долей, по позициям:

  • Fuel jet, kerosene lighting - Jet average of average "Cargoes CIF NWE Basis ARA" "/Barges FOB Rotterdam".

The preliminary price for gas of the hydrocarbonic liquefied pays off on the following formula: Предварительная цена для газа углеводородного сжиженного рассчитывается по следующей формуле:

where Рп- average arithmetic average quotations in $/t published in “Argus International LPG” under the heading "daf Brest propane-butane mix" for three quoted days, the auction previous date;

The final price of gas of the hydrocarbonic liquefied pays off on the following formula: Окончательная цена газа углеводородного сжиженного рассчитывается по следующей формуле:

At calculation of the price of the Goods average value of each quoted day and an average from average values of all quoted days of the week of shipment is approximated to 1/100 US dollars. При расчете цены Товара среднее значение каждого котировочного дня и среднее из средних значений всех котировочных дней недели отгрузки округляется до 1/100 доллара США.

For the conclusion of the contract it is necessary to provide the following documents:

  1. An extract from the uniform state (trading) register, certified by an apostille, translated into Russian and notarized.
  2. The reference of the register of the payer of taxes, the Certificate of the payer of the VAT, certified by an apostille, translated into Russian and notarized.
  3. The documents witnessing a right to sign of the representative of the Buyer, certified by an apostille, translated into Russian and notarized.

Для заключения контракта необходимо предоставить следующие документы:

  1. Выписка с единого государственного (торгового) реестра, - заверены апостилем, переведены на русский язык и нотариально заверены.
  2. Справка реестра плательщика налогов, Свидетельство плательщика НДС, - заверены апостилем, переведены на русский язык и нотариально заверены.
  3. Документы, удостоверяющие право подписи представителя Покупателя, - заверены апостилем, переведены на русский язык и нотариально заверены.

At application (BPZ) - it is necessary for BUYER to specify:
  • correct name of oil product;
  • place of delivery (shipment) - FOB, DAP, DAF, FCA (on CIF we do not deliver);
  • price for 1 m/t on which buyer is ready to buy;
  • to confirm 100% an advance payment; - on all other financial instruments in the form of bank guarantees, letters of credit and so on we do not work;
  • requisites bank and legal, copy of the trading register of the enterprise;
  • to confirm the available sum with an extract from the bank account for the declared volume of monthly delivery, as financial confirmation.

При подаче Заявки (БПЗ) - ПОКУПАТЕЛЮ необходимо указать:
  • правильное наименование (название) нефтепродукта;
  • место поставки (отгрузки) - FOB, DAP, DAF, FCA, на CIF не поставляем;
  • цену за 1 м/т по которой готов купить ПОКУПАТЕЛЬ;
  • подтвердить 100% предоплату; - по всем иным (другим) финансовым инструментам в виде банковских гарантий, аккредитивов и.т.п. не работаем;
  • реквизиты банковские и юридические, копию торгового реестра предприятия;
  • подтвердить имеющуюся сумму в наличии выпиской с банковского счета на заявленный объем месячной поставки, как финансовое подтверждение.
If terms of delivery, quality of a product suit the Buyer according to the Manufacturer's certificate of origin, we ask to confirm it officially in Irrevocable confirmed order and to send directy to our company with the specified document number and full requisites of the buyer. Если условия поставки, качество продукта Покупателю подходят согласно Сертификата производителя, просим подтвердить официально в Безотзывном подтвержденном заказе и направить на имя нашей компании, указав номер документа, полные реквизиты покупателя.
The order for oil product should be signed and approved with the common seal of the direct buyer with the indication of bank and legal details. Заказ на интересующий нефтепродукт должен быть подписан и утвержден печатью компании прямого покупателя с указанием банковских и юридических реквизитов.
We ask BPZ (Irrevocable confirmed order) to make out separately by each type of a product. The minimum party of shipment of the order from 300 m/t. Просим БПЗ (Безотзывной подтвержденный заказ) офомлять отдельно по каждому виду продукта. Минимальная партия отгрузки заказа от 300 м/т.

Detailed questions concerning transactions, we ask to specify by phones, in working hours Monday - Friday from 10:00 till 17:00 Kiev time.
Days off: Saturday - Sunday.

Детальные вопросы касающиеся сделки, просим уточнять по телефонам, в рабочее время Понедельник - Пятница с 10:00 до 17:00 Киевского времени.
